Out and about over the entire Auckland network you will be protecting revenue by checking customer’s tickets and providing excellent customer service. No day is the same as you could be working on any train line or any platform. Ticket Inspectors who demonstrate potential and leadership ability are able to apply for Revenue Protection Team Leader roles.
Customer Service Officers and Station Assistants

Whether it is questions about rail services, train times or the layout of the station you will be the ‘Go To’ person for any customers who need help.
