Jerome Kaino swapped his hard hat and hi-vis for the familiar black shirt of the ABs when Wales came to town on 11 June.
While the Test finished well for Jerome and his fellow All Blacks with a 39-21 win, Transdev Auckland’s performance on the night was equally impressive. Under the stewardship of Special Events Manager, Colin Somerville we successfully moved 18,977 customers to Eden Park and 19,211 after the game.
That total of 38,188 was our biggest crowd ever, even surpassing the 2011 World Cup. What a team!

‘The Build is ON’ also warns Aucklanders about changes affecting transport into and around the city centre. Watch the video and find out more at AT.govt.nz/thebuildison
