This week we acknowledged the incredible achievements of our All Star Award winners and staff shortlisted for the Transdev Australasia Golden Star Awards at our inaugural celebration event.
All Star Award winners Amjad Khan, Joseph Gomes, Haile Homboy, Sasha Hemana and Denise Banks were joined by Managing Director, Martin Kearney and senior management team members Kelly Tang, Michel Ladrak, Jon Baxter for the celebration. Train Crew Manager, Sally Husband attended on Waka Morgan’s behalf as he was on leave, as were Philip Varghese and Steven Avery who were also recognised.
Every one of Transdev Auckland’s All Star Award nominees gains automatic entry into the Golden Star Awards. Thanks to the efforts of our staff taking the time to recognise their colleagues’ hard work, we submitted a record 124 nominations for the 2016 awards – the most of any Transdev Australasia business.
Out of 6,000 employees, Transdev Australasia received 408 Golden Star Award nominees and shortlisted just 29. Three members of the Auckland team made the shortlist: Joseph Gomes, Joel O’Dea and Maninder Singh. What an achievement!
Congratulations to all of our All Star Award winners and we wish our shortlisted nominees the best of luck when the Transdev Australasia Golden Star Award winners are announced next week.
