For the first time in a decade, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band return to Auckland for two concerts, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March at Mt Smart Stadium.
Pre-purchased ticket holders can travel on a special event bus or train to the stadium. All you need to do is show your concert ticket.
Both concerts are expected to be a sell-out, so expect large crowds and busy roads as people make their way to and from the stadium. We recommend concert-goers have a travel plan whether for the bus, train or car and travel early.
If you plan to continue the party in the city on Saturday night, check for an early Sunday morning bus or train service home. For more information on how to get to Mt Smart Stadium and service timetables go online to www.at.govt.nz or phone 09 366 6400 to speak to our AT Contact Centre team.
Passengers are reminded that alcohol and drugs are not permitted for consumption on any of these services. For the safety of our commuters, anyone who is worse for wear will be refused travel.
Special event buses to the venue will be provided for those travelling from the North Shore. These buses will depart from Albany stopping at all stations along the Northern Busway before making their way directly to Mt Smart.
From the city special event buses will be departing from bus stop 7301 on Quay Street.
The drop off point is also your pick up point for the bus home. Keep your ticket for the return trip.
Regular fares apply for usual bus services.
Travel by train is included with your concert ticket. Included travel starts three hours before the opening act with your concert ticket. Keep your ticket for the travel home.
