French Parliamentarians on board with Transdev Auckland

Delegates from the National Assembly of France joined up with Transdev Auckland at Britomart Station on Saturday morning to see why rail patronage in Auckland has rocketed to 16 million passenger journeys per year.

Philippe Vitel, Jeanine Dubié, Jean-Paul Bacquet, Aline Hubert and Serge Ezdra were joined by Laura Torrebruno of the French Embassy in Wellington for the visit, which was hosted by Transdev Auckland Managing Director, Martin Kearney, Chief Operating Officer, Michel Ladrak and Operations Delivery Manager, Jonathan Tulitt.

The delegates were introduced to staff during a tour of the Control Room before travelling to Onehunga Station on board one of our electric trains, experiencing Auckland’s cleaner, greener and more efficient services at first hand.
