‘Excellence in Customer Service Awards’ – Winning together

On Wednesday evening Peter Lensink, Chief Operating Officer, and members of the Communications, Customer Service and Operations teams attended the prestigious Westpac Auckland Business Awards. Transdev was a finalist in the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Delivery’ award category. Up against some tough, well-respected competition on the night - Transdev was triumphant!

This win is a direct result of the incredible efforts made by our colleagues on the front line and in support roles. Thank you for providing a safe, reliable, and punctual service that has helped us to deliver a record 92.9% in Customer Satisfaction. We can all be very proud of the passion and dedication demonstrated by everyone. This is your win. Keep up the excellent work!

We love celebrating your success – so please enjoy the baked goods at Bookons on Monday.

It has been a successful week for the Black Ferns against France, and the All Blacks and Kiwis up against England. These wins on the paddock have been matched on the rail network, achieving our KPIS for the fourth consecutive month in Reliability, Performance and Right Time Starts. While we might not receive the praise of Fiao'o Fa'amausili, Kieran Read or Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, this is a fantastic result and a real credit to everyone – Thank you!

Later this month, we will ask you to let us know what you think in our PULSE engagement survey. We had a very good engagement score of 82% (52% respondents), however, we want more of you to have your say. When more people voice their opinions, we get a better idea of what we need to do to make Transdev and even better place to work. I strongly encourage you to participate in the upcoming survey, and thank you in advance.

The Emerging Leaders Business Orientation has been very successful and enjoyed by all who have attended. We will continue with this next year with a new group of emerging leaders, so please watch out for communications in the New Year for your opportunity to register!

Pink Hi-Vis is this year's must have accessory - Some Ticket Inspectors and Ticket Officers will be wearing pink as part of a new Block of Line (BOL) specialised Customer Service group. They will carry cue cards and rail bus maps, and we expect customers will receive an improved experience with us.

Lastly, with the weather expected to remain sunny and clear, I hope you all have a great weekend.
