2018 is almost complete and like myself, I’m sure many of you are looking forward to a decent Christmas break. It has been a spectacular year for us, especially in the performance area. We can all be proud of our achievements in 2018.

This Wednesday the SMT will join volunteers from Head Office handing out Christmas lunches, so be sure to bring your lunch voucher and enjoy this small gesture for the hard work you have done.

As you may know, every year Transdev Australasia announces the overall Golden Star winners. I am happy to announce that this year’s Golden Star Award recipient for the commitment category is Station Team Leader - Hong Xiao. Nominated by her peers, Hong was selected from over 200 nominations across Transdev Australasia. Although she is holidaying overseas, we look forward to celebrating with her and her team in the new year.

The Pulse Survey closes at midnight, if you haven’t already, I urge you to go online and complete the 4 minute survey. Transdev will donate $10 for every completed survey to the Starship Foundation. Ask your Line Manager for details.

This is also the time of year to reflect and look forward. Without being too serious this is my view on what is ‘out’ for 2018 and what is ‘in’ for 2019. Please find my list below.
